Personal:
Aaron is an accomplished category 1 elite level cyclist. He was ranked 5th in 2013, and 9th in 2014, in the Washington State Best All Around Road Rider competition. He and his wife Kristin, a small animal surgeon and canine rehabilitation specialist, share their Madison Valley home with their rescued French Bulldog, Beans.
MoveMend:
For years, Aaron's clients have asked him for guidance in selecting a post-rehab personal training program. Many people in the northwest enjoy physically active lives: running, skiing, cycling, gardening, yoga, and general exercise. Yet, helping someone resume these activities without re-injury requires the knowledge and skill of both a therapist and a personal trainer. Thus, Aaron had the idea of creating MoveMend -- a neighborhood-based clinic providing expertise in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, combined with individualized personal training services.
